HOMEBUYER EDUCATION

    Homebuyer certification training educates families about making informed choices regarding a home purchase.  Homebuyer Training (HBT)  
    sessions are held two Saturdays of each month from 10am-3pm.  The classes are taught in two sessions and you must attend both classes in
    order to receive a certificate of completion.  

    The first step in registering for HBT is to schedule an appointment with a counselor to evaluate credit reports and help
    resolve credit issues.  The registration fee for HBT is $90 for an individual, to include a $35 fee for a credit report and $55 for the classes.  For a
    couple, $130  to include $45 for credit reports and $85 for the classes.  No Personal Checks are accepted only Money Orders. Contact  the office @
